At Gemini Lab, we believe that the luxury experience does not end at checkout. We take exceptional care in packaging and delivering your Italian accessories to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, anywhere in Albania.
1. Shipping Information
Where We Ship

Domestic: We ship to all cities and districts within Albania (Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Shkodër, Korçë, etc.).

Estimated Delivery Times We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, estimated arrival times are:

Tirana: 1-2 Business Days (Same-day delivery often available for orders placed before 12:00 PM).

Other Districts: 1-3 Business Days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or high-demand periods (e.g., New Year, Valentine's Day).
2. Payment Methods
To offer you maximum flexibility and trust, we accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay securely in cash to the courier upon receiving your package. This is our most popular option.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to fall in love with your Gemini Lab accessory. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a transparent return process in compliance with Albanian Consumer Protection laws.
Return Window You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and Unworn: In the exact same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: Must include all original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and boxes.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and [any other specific item] cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at [info@gemini-lab.net] or message us on WhatsApp with your Order Number and reason for return.

Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original box.

Courier Pickup: We will arrange a courier to pick up the package from your address.

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover the shipping cost.

If you simply changed your mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (approx. [300 LEK]).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return at our "Lab," we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

If you paid via Card, it goes back to the card.

If you paid via COD, we will transfer the funds to your provided Bank Account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Every Gemini Lab product undergoes a strict quality check before leaving our warehouse. However, if you receive a damaged item:

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you notice damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the defect.

We will replace the item immediately at no extra cost to you.
